Cause

Caring for Kids is an initiative of the Rotary Club of Haney to raise money for several programs that benefit local youth. The initiative includes a 50/50 lottery, an on line auction and a charity golf tournament.

Funds raised from this event are used by the Rotary Club to fund such programs as the school lunch program for kids in need, the North Fraser Therapeutic Riding Association for children with autism, cerebral palsy, brain injuries and developmental delays, and youth leadership development camps. The club also provides up to sixteen bursaries each year for graduating students pursuing their dreams at university, colleges or trade training programs. We appreciate all your support!

Caring for Kids Charity Golf Tournament
We’re running a charity golf tournament in addition to the 50/50 lottery and on line auction.
You can provide additional support by participating in the tournament to be held on Wednesday, September 15th at the Swan E Set Bay Golf and Country Club. Registration fees are $250 per golfer and include golf, carts, bag lunch, a sleeve of golf balls, on course snacks and complimentary drinks, several on course competitions including two hole in one opportunities with vehicle prizes and a third worth $10,000, and more!. There will either be a banquet following or take home barbeque meal as your foursome leaves the course depending on the format (which is dependent on the covid rules at the time).
To register a foursome (or just yourself ) please provide the names and e mail addresses of your golfers to Mike Murray at mwmurray@shaw.ca. He will provide each golfer with further information and instructions on how to complete the registration.
